Seize the Day – Run a Drama and Theatre Education event this week
An annual campaign to raise awareness of the importance of Drama and Theatre Education.
Plan an event for Seize the Day 20-27 March 2024
We ask drama educators to run an event during 20 to 27 March 2024 and spread the word through the social media.
This is election year. ND has had a huge impact with the very strong recommendations to government that were included in the 11-16 House of Lords Report. Now we ask for your help to continue to raise the profile of Drama.
This is a collaborative campaign to raise awareness everywhere about the value of drama and theatre education with children and young people. By showcasing the work you do every day, you are making a stand for Drama.
We will support you in every way we can. Go to the DTEA website for guidelines and support materials and a media pack with sample letters and press release statements, plus sample statements of evidence to school SLTs.
