  • When working with sensory activities always use hand under hand to support student curiosity.
  • Use Makaton sparingly.
  • Be bold about how these sessions can support learning objectives across curriculum areas.
  • Share what you’re doing with your colleagues however you can to inspire them.
  • Have loads of fun.
